CT Reign stands as a testament to hard work and a positive attitude, values we embrace and expect from our players. While basketball holds significant importance in our program, we place an even greater emphasis on academic excellence. Our belief in the holistic development of our players extends beyond the court, instilling the importance of grades and academic achievement.

Our team welcomes players from all corners of Connecticut, uniting diverse talents under one cohesive entity. It's worth noting that our practice sessions take place in Wallingford, CT, which serves as our centralized training hub. This location allows us to provide consistent and structured training opportunities while recognizing the commitment and dedication required from players traveling to our facilities. At CT Reign, we blend the pursuit of athletic excellence with a profound commitment to education, crafting an environment where players flourish academically and athletically, setting the stage for their success in basketball and beyond.

2024 TEAMS

This spring was a significant milestone for CT Reign as we expanded our basketball program. Building on the success of our core teams, we introduced new Boys 12u and Boys 13u teams, alongside our established Boys 14u, Boys 15u, and Boys 16u teams. These additions elevated CT Reign to new heights, offering opportunities for growth and success that we previously only imagined.

Our teams maintained a regular practice schedule, with sessions twice a week, and competed in weekend tournament games. With a focus on maintaining a high level of competition, we kept our rosters at a maximum of 10 players per team. Evaluations were conducted for all players, and while we strived to accommodate as many athletes as possible, some faced the challenging reality of being cut. These decisions were made to ensure each player's ability to contribute meaningfully to the team and to foster an environment of dedication, improvement, and teamwork.

The season culminated in remarkable achievements, including 3 tournament wins across 3 different teams. Additionally, we celebrated our players' hard work and talent with a CT Reign All-Star Night, highlighting standout performances and fostering a sense of community within our program.

Following the spring season, we quickly transitioned into the Mike Small League in Wallingford for the summer. Despite having new players and limited practice time, our teams continued to compete at a high level, showcasing the resilience and adaptability of CT Reign.

We look forward to building on this momentum as we continue to grow and succeed in future seasons.
